Okay who the actual hell had the decency to remove the article I wrote for this photo? I gave credit and said I only edited it and i worked really hard on the article. So here it is again:
It’s true, nobody ever told you there would be days like these ones. The days where you struggle to get out of bed in the morning. The days where you sit in class and stare at the board and words jump out at you. Days where you are surrounded by people but feel so alone within yourself. 
They aren’t great days, not the ones we generally love to have - But they happen and I’m here to guide you guys through them!
1 - Prepare yourself. You and i both know that these traumatic days are bound to come, and we don’t have a calendar for when they do, nor do we know exactly what time of the day this mood will swing over us, but if you know that every once in a while they will happen, you will become immune to it a little more. For instance, when I’m having a really bad day little things tend to get to me a lot, tell yourself that those little things normally would not affect you, and this misery has put you in a state where every little thing bothers you. It is not your fault that this is happening, blame it on mother nature! So don’t try and block out everyone just in order to get away from it all, simply tell people that today you might need some space because fro personal experience you feel really guilty when you snap at your friends quite rudely!
2 - Stay CalmOn day like these, staying calm gets quite difficult. Because everything is ticking and running and jumping and screaming in your head. But getting angry and upset over it will only put you in a worse position. Accept the fact that today won’t be as good as most and try to release your inner tranquility. It will be hard but we all tend to rant a little and get angry and that’s perfectly fine and healthy. But on bad days we are more prone to saying something we might regret tomorrow. So by staying calm and controlling yourself, it will lead you to find these days easier to handle and take grip of!
3 - It’s normal!Never tell yourself that you are being evil and cruel and hurtful and you are being a bad person, because you’re not! As a wise Hannah Montana would say, everybody has those days, everybody makes mistakes. It is a part of life where everything builds up inside of you and you just have to let it out sometimes! It’s fine to feel this way and no one should ever make you feel alienated just because you might not be feeling up to it. And never feel like you have to “make it up” to people, unless you tell them something extreme and beyond the boundaries, an apology might be a good idea! But other than that - Someday they will come and be exactly like you were and all you need to do in these situations is give people space and offer them your support, and don’t be their mum, just be their friend!
So in the end - Life gets difficult, days are hard and minutes become hours. If someone is acting different, it could just be a bad day, but never assume that they might just be feeling sick. Because sometimes all people need are someone to talk to, don’t shove it down their throats, and never try to tell them what to do, just offer some advice and support. And then I promise you, when you are having one of those days, they will do the same thing for you!
